The German political system is divided its people between left and right. This has gotten so far that there is barely to no middle in political expression anymore. A disagreement wich seems harmless at first but turns out to be much more of a problem than anyone has expected. Since there is no middle ,the left and right party are getting more extreme by the day, so far that the tension in the daily life are high especially in schools or other teen facilities. These can escalate quickly with fights happening on the daily and some students loosing the ability and confidence to express their political believes or their opinions because of the fear of rejection and builling.Political tensions aren’t just high in schools but as well in home with parents setting expectations in their children.
One group has been rapidly raising for a long time now, the far right community has gotten more and more members on the daily. With a lot of teens and young adults joining different far right groups. They build a large community in different social media platforms with certain hashtags and songs, for example „l‘amour toujour“ , the changed song, with new lyrics discriminating against immigrants. The opinions of those in the far right community aren’t just seen in social media but in various interactions with people using certain hand signs and sayings, some even illegal after their usage in the Second World War by the Nazis.
These actions are originating out of fear of being left behind due to more and more immigrants fleeing to Germany. Another reason is the comfort such an organisation can provide. Since the German political system is facing internal problems wich give the people fear, this fear can be overruled by the comfort of old times, these reasons can also be seen in different surveys in wich the east of Germany is more leaning right while the west is more leaning left. This can be traced back to the time when Germany was still divided in those times the east of Germany was very poor and uneducated wich led to a certain hatred against new ideas and reforms. As well as that the tensions between the est and west of Germany are still high even 40 years after the fall of the wall.
The conflict between the right and left cmmunity is happening with different signs wich are sprayed onto different walls and such with the two most popular being 161 wich means anti fashist organisation and 1161 wich is anti anti-fashist organisation.
The radicalisation of the two big opinion is scaring a lot of people and causing a lot of discussions and conflicts in the already weak political system of Germany.
